Frozen products

Frozen by a modern technology frozen mushrooms don‘t lose their flavour and taste, their nutritional values remain and they are of  the exellent quality.

All mushrooms, except chanterelles are fresh-frozen. Chanterelles are blanched before freezing.

Products have to be heat-treated before consumption.
